Can I choose my own meals each week?

Yes. With CreateMeal, customers can pick from the rotating menu each week, or let the menu auto-rotate.

Will I get bored eating the same meals?

12 different menus rotate over 8 to 12 weeks. The GLP-1 product line has 158+ rotating options. Boredom is one of the things the system is built to prevent.

Can I skip a week or cancel?

Yes. No contracts. Skip or cancel anytime up to 72 hours before the next renewal.

Do you have a plan for people on GLP-1 medications?

Yes. The GLP-1 plan is built specifically for customers on Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, and other GLP-1 medications. Meals are high-protein (30 to 50 grams), portion-controlled, free of seed oils, and designed to support muscle preservation during weight loss.

What is the 6-week challenge?

A structured 6-week program with weekly weight tracking. Over the last five years, participants have averaged about 14 pounds lost in 6 weeks. Results come from using the meals consistently. These are real customer outcomes, not a guarantee.
