How often does the menu change?

The menu will change every single week and includes 12 different entrees.  For balanced dieting and convenience, you are not able to pick each menu item, but can exclude allergens and make substitutions within your meal plan profile.

What type of proteins do you use in your meals?

Chicken, Turkey, Beef and Pork.
Subscription information

When will my credit or debit card be charged?

You will be charged the full subscription amount (except “Installment Plans”) 24 hours before your chosen Pick-Up or Delivery Day.  You can cancel anytime before 48hours of your chosen pick-up or delivery day, and after you have completed your entire subscription period.

What is a monthly billing cycle?

Monthly subscriptions will always be charged on the same date every month and WILL automatically re-new.  For example: If your bill date is the 2nd, your bill date will be on the 2nd of every month, even if your pick date or delivery changes from month to month. You can cancel any time within 48hours of your chosen pick-up or delivery day and after you have completed your entire subscription period

What is the 3 for $333 installment plan?

Choosing the installment plan option allows you to break up your 3 for $333 subscription charge into (3) equal payments and will be billed 24 hours before your chosen pick-up or delivery day. 3 for $333 installment plans will NOT automatically re-new at the end of the 3 week cycle, and you must re-sign up at the end of each promotion.

Can I order for two (2) people using one (1) profile?

No, each meal plan is catered for an individual’s specific goals, and personal body composition. Each user must create an individual profile within the application.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Log into your account, and at the bottom left hand corner of your online profile there is a blue button that reads “Suspend Subscription.” Click this button and your subscription will be suspended until you choose to reactivate.  No further charges will be made to your account after you have suspended.  You can cancel any time within 48hours of your chosen pick-up or delivery day, and ONLY after you have completed your entire subscription period.

What is a weekly billing cycle?

Weekly subscriptions will always be charged 24hours before your chosen pick-up or delivery day each week and WILL automatically re-new. You can cancel any time before 48hours of your next pick-up or delivery day.

What is 3 for $333 billing process ?

“3 for $333” is NOT a recurring subscription and your account will de-activate after you have completed your subscription period.  You must re-sign up at the end of each promotion to continue to receive meals.  The “3 for $333” promotion will be charged 24hours before your chosen pick-up or delivery day.

Are there any contracts ?

No. You can cancel at any time. We simply require a 48-hour cancelation notice before your chosen pick up or delivery day. On “Monthly Subscriptions”, “3 for $333” or “3 for $333 Installment Plan” you will need to finish out your subscription before you can cancel.

What happens if my credit or debit card is declined?

If your credit or debit card declines, you will receive a notice the day before your chosen pick up or delivery day.  Your order will not be processed, and we will not make your meals.  You will need to login to your account submit a different payment method and choose an alternative pick-up day, or contact our customers team at support@1percentfit.com or call 801.833.5383

Can I skip a week or pause my subscription?

Yes, you have the option to skip or pause your “Monthly” or “3 for $333 Specials”.  In order to do this, you must call our customer service line @ 801-833-5383 and speak with one of our fitness gurus.  For weekly subscriptions, you only need to cancel your subscription.  Login to your account and deactivate your subscription. When you arer ready to resume, login to your account and create a new meal plan.
Allergies

Can I have allergens such as dairy or gluten removed my meals?

Although we are NOT a gluten free facility, we can exclude MOST allergens from your meal plan.  While creating your meal plan there is an “allergies” field that will allow you to exclude specific ingredients or allergens.

Can I choose to remove a specific menu item?

Yes.  For a small fee, you can choose to remove meal or meals you don’t want. With the allergy field in the website use the other option and write the name of the meal you want removed.  However, you are not able to choose the replacement meal.

What allergies can you not accommodate for?

We cannot accommodate for soy allergens.  Please call our fitness gurus at 801.533.8383 for additional help or questions.
Meal plans

How many meals am I supposed to eat each day?

We recommend that you eat 5 times per day or every 2-3 hours that your awake. 3 full meals and 2 snacks. 1% Fitness does offer a variety of snacks that can be ordered along with your meal plan.

How do I store my meals?

Ensure your fridge is set at or below 38 degrees. Eat the meals that have a green “Eat First” sticker within the first 4 days of receiving your meals. Keep the remaining meals in the fridge for up to 7 days total. You can freeze your meals for up to 30 days if you choose to do so.

Do you guys prep for specific macros that my coach or trainer has given me?

Yes, with our Elite Program we can create a meal plan that will match all your macro nutritional needs. To sign up for our Elite Program you will need call our Customer Support Team @ 801-833-5383 or email support@1percentfit.com.

How many calories are in each meal?

Low calorie meals 300-400 Cal.

Medium calorie meals 400-500 Cal.

High calorie meals 500-700 Cal.

The macro ratio we use in all calorie ranges is approximately 60% Protein,  20% Carbs and 20% Fats. The fit program is designed for stripping body fat while building lean muscle mass.

How do I eat my meals?

We suggest 90 seconds in your microwave or using the “Re-Heat” function. Detach at least one corner of your containers lid to help with even heating but do not remove the lid completely to maintain moisture.

How do I receive my meals ?

You will receive an entire week of meals at a time. In Store: 668 E. Union Square Plaza Sandy UT. 84070. Your meals will always be ready for pick up from 10 A.M.- 8:00 P.M. on your chosen pick-up day. Home Delivery: Home delivery clients will be delivered between 10 P.M. and 6 A.M.  the night before your chosen delivery day

How will I know when my meals are ready for pick-up?

Meals being picked up in store at our main location at 668 E. Union Square Plaza Sandy UT will be available for pick up at 10 A.M.- 8:00 P.M.  Monday-Thursday and Fridays 11 A.M. -6:00 P.M. You will receive a text massage on your chosen pick-up or delivery day to remind that you your meals are ready!

Pick up Locations / home delivery / in-store pick-up

 

What is the home delivery bag fee?

With “Home Delivery” you will receive a 1% Fitness green cooler tote, an insulated metallic bag, and an ice pack. These items are yours to keep forever, even if you decide to cancel your subscription.  In order to keep costs low and stay environmentally conscious, we will exchange the insulated metallic bag and the ice pack each week.

Can you deliver to my work?

No. We deliver at night/early morning, and we only deliver to residential areas.

What are your pick up locations outside of your main store location?

  • St. George, Utah: Fitness Culture Gym. (314 N 3050 E Suite B1, St. George, UT 84790). This location is only available for Wednesday pick-ups 8:00 A.M.-10 P.M.
  • Park City,Utah: Silver Mountain lodge (2080 Gold Dust Ln, Park City, UT 84060)  This location is only available for Tuesday pick-ups 3:00 P.M.- 8:00 P.M.
  • Pocatello, Idaho: Kulak Crossfit Gym (4841 Clover Dell Rd, Chubbuck, ID 83202). This location is only available for Wednesday pick-ups. 6:00 P.M.- 8:00 P.M.
  • We also offer home delivery! Available in Weber, Davis, Salt Lake, and Utah Counties!

When will my Home Delivery meals be delivered?

We deliver in the early A.M. on your chosen delivery day between 10:00 P.M. and 8:00 A.M.  This helps ensure your meals are on your doorstep before you wake up or leave for work.

When are my meals ready for pick-up?

Your meals will always be ready for pick up by 10 A.M. on your chosen pick-up day.  You will also receive a text message reminding you 1 more time to pick up your meals before we close.
